Fifty-six runners thumbed their noses at the Winter Warlock to run the out-and-back route that includes almost 3 miles of unmaintained-in-winter forest roads. Light snow flurries added a nice touch. Spirits were high and four runners beat last year’s course records, led by Jeff Smucker and Cassi Knight. Thanks to Maria DeMuccio and Taylor Kilpatrick for valiant volunteer work, and to Subway for much appreciated post-run grub.
