The purpose of the Nittany Valley Running Club is to establish a sound, continuing program of youth and adult fitness, to promote development and competition for all age groups, and to conscientiously prepare athletes for competition.
PSU IM Building Track
The IM Track is upstairs in the IM building on Curtin Road. This one is 8 laps to the mile. The running area has hard, 90 degree corners, is not banked, and is really best suited to jogging. The IM building is open 7:30 am to 11 pm.
