NVRC membership meeting December 7, 2021 Present: Mike Casper, Kim Gasper, Jonathan Gasper, John Iceland, Jim Leaman, Sheryl Leaman, David Lloyd, Marty Klanchar, Marty Mazur, Bob Shafer The meeting opened with a discussion about the future of Nittany Valley Half Marathon, and agreed that the Centre Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) should run the race in the future (right now it’s a joint venture between NVRC and CVIM). Mike Casper presented the Tussey mOUnTaiNBACK 50 mile race donation to CommonFood The Special Olympics Pennsylvania Summer Games at Penn State University will be held this year on June 2-4 2022--Erika Christiansen, Director The Penn State Club Cross Country, Miles for Smiles fundraiser will take place on January 28-30, 2022. NVRC will make a donation.
