Tomorrow looks like it might get warm. So we’ll do a mostly shaded hill to try and stay cool. We’ll do 6 reps of the bike path portion of Gill St. Starting from Westerly Parkway until the end of the path. We’ll aim to get started at 12:25.
The Tuesday Hill Workout is "track-with-gravity" workout. Runners meet at the venue-du-jour (or you can run there from Rec Hall as a warm-up) and do the prescribed hill repeat workout.
