The NVRC calendars are hosted by the Google Calendar service. They can be viewed on the NVRC website, and on Googles' calendar site using the
icons, and the
icons if you have a Google account. The calendars can also be downloaded and subscribed to by applications on your computer (e.g. Outlook on PCs, or iCal on Macintoshs) and on various on-line calendar services such as Google and Airset using the
and
icons.

Subscribe using iCal on a Macintosh
- Creates and automatically updates a new calendar in iCal.
- Click on one of the
icons above in the subscribe column.
- Click OK when the Launch Application dialog appears asking to start iCal.
- Click Subscribe when asked if you want to subscribe to the calendar.
- Set the Auto-refresh to "Every Day", assuming you want your computer to stay up to date with changes in the calendar, and click OK.
Download using iCal on a Macintosh
- Copies all of the events in the calendar to your existing iCal calendar. They are not updated, but you can edit them.
- Click on one of the
icons above in the subscribe column.
- Select iCal and click OK if "Opening basic.ics" dialog appears.
- In "Add events" dialog, select the calendar you want to add the events to and click OK.
- Click on one of the
icons above.
- To enable e-mail notification (after subscribing):
- Click the triangle next to the NVRC Calendar in the calendar list on the left.
- Select "Notifications" / Click "Add a reminder".
- Select Email and how much notice you'd like.
- Click Save.
Subscribe using AirSet.com calendar (airset has changed, so these instructions may be stale)
- Right-click on one of the the
icons above (Airset treats subscribe and download the same) and select "Copy Link", "Copy Shortcut", etc. depending on browser.
- Log into AirSet.com and go to calendar page.
- Select Calendar/Subscribe... from Menu.
- Click Next, right-click "Paste" in "Link to iCalendar" field.
- Click Next, Next, select a group.
- Click Finish.
Subscribe using My Yahoo!
- +++ may not work properly...seems to only show the last several events (not the next several)
- Right-click one of the
icons above and select "Copy Link", "Copy Shortcut", etc. depending on browser.
- Log into My Yahoo! and click on "Add Content", then "Add RSS Feed".
- Right-click Paste, then "Add".
